Chimney makeover in skipton this one. Break out and install new hearth then line out the chamber with hardi board then plaster in. Installation of an extremely heavy lump of a fire with AMC Heating Solutions all ready for winter

A nice big chimney opened up to original brickwork. All cleaned up and repointed, new hearth and made a feature of the original stone header which was huge. Even got my lad to give us a hand on this one , which he loved

It's a good feeling when you come to open up a chimney for a log burner and you uncover this beautiful stone built chimney. Totally full of years worth of birds nest but got all that cleared out. Then cleaned up and repointed the original stone work. Installed a new hearth then installed new 904 grade liner and multi fuel stove. Very happy customer

Little chimney knockout in skipton. Not for a log burner but ready for one if needed.
Chamber lined with hardi backer and vented to allow air flow up the chimney.
Bit of a mess when opened up but that's the joy of chimney breasts.

Chimney knockout but things got worse after taking all the plaster off to expose what's there.. more work than intended but that is the joy of chimney breasts
