Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about property? We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our friendly team at Belvoir Skipton!
📍 Location: Skipton
🕒 Full-time | Competitive Salary (based on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
🏡Managing a portfolio of residential properties
🏡Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
🏡Coordinating maintenance and repairs
🏡Undertake small maintenance tasks and minor repairs (e.g. basic fixes, adjustments, upkeep)
🏡Carrying out property inspections
🏡Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
What we’re looking for:
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Previous property management experience (preferred but not essential)
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Full UK driving license
