End to UC47 forms as new 'Apply for direct payments of rent' service goes live. Those landlords that do not have access to the Landlord Portal can now apply for an APA Managed Payment / Third Party Deductions for rent arrears online:

You can ask for rent payments to be made direct from your tenant’s Universal Credit if they’re having difficulty paying you.
