Finished this nice little ensuite in cranwell which needed a bit of a facelift.
I was asked to strip it back and make it more modern which we did. The old boxing out around the toilet pipes and wastes removed and put below the floor. The walls were clad with panels and all new fixtures and fittings were fitted.

Despite the terrible weather recently we managed to turn around this nice little patio job for a returning customer. We lifted the old council slab which once we formed a new fence to the side of the house were re used for a storage area.
We formed a curved path from the shed down to the main patio using Indian sandstone slabs the customer chose with numerous manhole covers installed within the patio.
The job looked fantastic on completion and be all set for the better weather.

So last week we completed a lovely Ensuite on Greylees for a fantastic couple who again have put their faith in us to complete their project.
The Ensuite was completely stripped out prior to the refit with plasterboards being repaired and walls made good where tiles had been removed. The Furniture was purchased by the customers who wanted a concealed shower with aqua wall boards with marble effect ceramic floor tiles. The project was so nice to carry out and the photos don’t do it full justice as the room looks fantastic.

So after a tough end to 2025 having lost my Mum suddenly then myself having to have a minor heart operation in a strange way I felt good going back to work at the start of January.
We were asked to update the existing en-suite which which was in need of some tlc. The customer went out and picked out a range they wanted along with flooring and all wall tiles which look very nice.
It was a very nice job for a lovely couple who were very excited and extremely pleased with the outcome.

A big thanks to Mr and Mrs wood for trusting in us and a massive thankyou to my team.

I would like to thank everyone for the continued support they have shown me over the last year with KPS. The year has been very good with some amazing and fantastic projects carried out by the team and we have met some brilliant customers who have returned for more work which to me is what it’s all about, people who know who we are and can trust us in their own property’s to carry out the required works.
We are booking up nicely for the start of next year which I hope is a good as this one. I have to many people to list on here to thank for the help and support but my team have been amazing and without them it’s a struggle.

I personally like to wish every customer old new and potential a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

If we can assist in any way please don’t hesitate to have a look on my page and drop me a message as I will always try to reply.

Losing my Mum at the start of November suddenly is a massive shock and still not sunk in so Christmas for me will be extremely hard but family should be together at this period and I know my Mum would be proud of me for making KPS work.

We completed this Garden makeover this week which was so hard in the heat which we have had. Nice to have a few clouds today so we could lay the turf which has been heavily watered.
The garden was very tired and needed some much loving TLC.
Having met the customer we discussed what they wanted and we delivered.

The Garden looks absolutely fantastic and they can now enjoy the summer evenings with a glass in hand whilst admiring their new Garden.

Some of our customers we have done work over the past few years think we are hero’s. We have transformed their homes ,gardens and lifestyles around in so many ways. I love doing what I do and seeing customers faces at the end means the world to me.
Customers are now friends and see some daily in passing which is nice.

A nice little project to start the week. Replace entire fencing and timber posts and lift sunken block pavers to the patio doors. All posts removed and replaced with concrete posts and gravel boards.

Just completed this small project on greylees. The owner wanted to use some old slabs that had been cleaned up to replace the old tired ones. The garden was crying out for some loving care and attention and it certainly has that now. The family now can enjoy there new space and entertain.
The old lawn was lifted and replaced with Artificial lawn up to sleepers with a small circular patio laid which looks very nice.
