He had various interests aside brickwork, but became an instant addict to attention and detail, allowing his progression from an apprentice to a fully qualified tradesman, to be quick and meaningful.
Soon after working on various construction jobs as a self employed bricklayer, Andrew joined forces with his older brother Trevor, and became a managing director of T&A Brickwork, a firm that would
soon be rapidly established in the South East of England.
Andrew remains in the field allowing himself to be presented when the time calls for any meeting or office duty required by T&A's busy schedule.
Trevor actually began his career path working for the MOD, yet shortly after seeing an opportunity to begin a family run business with his brother Andrew, the switch was made and he became a managing director of T&A Brickwork.
The career change allowed Trevor to be closer to his family as well as being part of an industry he had always been keen to explore, while at the same time, the T&A business allows him to still work his magic within the figures aspect of running a successful brickwork company.
To date Trevor has 20 years professional experience within the building trade and continues to spend his time as much within the field as he does the office.

Knowing that over a combined 30 years of experience would reflect well within the construction industry, brothers Trevor and Andrew Botten decided to form T&A Brickwork in 2004.
