We’re delighted to share some exciting news from the Shepherd Commercial team.
 
Ross Bendall BSc MRICS has been promoted to Director, strengthening our senior leadership as we continue to grow across the Midlands.
 
Ross joined us as Associate Director in 2024 and now steps into the role alongside Kaine Arkinson and Chris Peutherer, overseeing a growing portfolio of agency, management and valuation instructions.
 
His promotion comes during a sustained period of growth for the business:
🔵 575,000 sq ft of commercial space brought to market last year
🔵 Expansion into larger headquarters in Solihull during our 20th anniversary year

Here are three key takeaways:

📏 Over 575,000sqft brought to market in 2025 - rising by 154,000sqft in Q3
⌛ Average time on market rose slightly to 68 days - 63 days in the second quarter
🔏 Disposals offered rose to 36 - bringing the total this year to 114
