According to Property Industry Eye, self employed agents out perform traditional agents in every way, with higher sale prices achieved, lower fall through rates and are overall more likely to sell a property against a ‘traditional’ agency, let alone online agencies 🤣

So the next time you are thinking of moving, see the cheapest fee and think how much money they’re saving you, just take a moment to remember this 😎
