🏡 Solihull landlords: could your property work as serviced accommodation?
I am looking to partner with a small number of local landlords who would like their property professionally managed by my family run business - Cozy Homes Property, an experienced five-star host based in Solihull.
We manage the full process, including listings, pricing, guest communication, cleaning, inspections and maintenance coordination.
Rather than relying solely on online travel agencies such as Airbnb and Booking.com, we also proactively promote our managed properties through our sister business accommodation agency for longer term bookings. We work with companies, contractors, relocation clients and families requiring temporary accommodation.
With continued development in and around Solihull, there is growing demand for high-quality short and extended-stay accommodation. While bookings can never be guaranteed, from day one we will proactively work to maximise booking opportunities and achieve the strongest possible return for our landlords.
Not every property will be the right fit. We are looking for well-located homes that are maintained and presented to a high standard, allowing us to deliver the level of service our guests and business clients expect.
We are interested in properties in Solihull and the surrounding areas, including homes becoming vacant or already operating as serviced accommodation.
Our aim is to build strong occupancy while maintaining high standards, carefully monitoring the property and providing guests with an excellent experience.
