We work in partnership with land owners and undertake all the Planning work ourselves with our dedicated team and pay for all the planning fees and significant associated surveys and reports. All of this work is undertaken at our cost and risk with no risk and no cost to the land owner. Considering the significance of the fees these days, this is something that is at

tractive to many land owners. Once we have obtained planning permission we will then market the land securing the best possible financial return for you. Also, all legal fees and agent fees incurred by the land owner are covered by ourselves. Land Purchase
When land owners want to sell their land immediately, we will purchase the land outright and if deemed suitable, we will also consider an uplift where the land owners receive part of any future gain if Planning permission is obtained on the land. Again, with this model, we pay all legal and agent fees incurred by the land owners in the transaction. What are we looking for?

• Land of 0.5 acres to 50 acres
• Land within or adjacent to villages and towns
• Land that has no allocation or no planning status
• Land that is allocated for development
• Greenfield land
• Brownfield (previously used land)
• Land that has had Planning refused
