🏡 WOODBOROUGH — EPISODE 3 | DESIGN & PLANNING 📐

This time we’re catching up with Laura at CLW Design — who’s been providing the architectural and structural design services for our project, helping take our ideas and turn them into something we can actually build.

From the very start, Laura identified the Green Belt and planning constraints and helped us find the right route through them.

Using permitted development to establish additional volume, we were then able to redistribute that through a full planning application to create the house we actually wanted. ✅

But it wasn’t just about adding rooms — the whole design was built around how we wanted to live in the house, exploring different options together along the way.

From planning ➡️ Building Regulations ➡️ structural design ➡️ buildability and cost…

We’re now approved and ON SITE. 🧱🔨
