Happy new year everyone, sorry it’s late!!
Did you know we also build new build properties as well as extension and renovation work? This was the last project we completed of 2022 and it really is a beautiful, detached, 3 bed property in Solihull. It’s amazing what fits in what you might think is only a small space.

Here’s a project in Solihull that we have recently completed. From a dilapidated small kitchen extension to a beautiful modern open plan kitchen/diner, sitting area and utility room. Patio to be done at a later date. Woodwork is yet to be painted by the customer but I’m sure you’ll agree that it actually doesn’t necessarily need it 👌🏼😍

🚨🚨Tranformation time🚨🚨
Here at this beautiful property in Kenilworth, we extended the rear of the house to allow for a remodel and an extension to the kitchen. By taking the dividing wall out and replacing with a steel along with the rear wall of the house and moving the kitchen from its original location to the dining room, we have been able to open this property up to give it some much needed family space and a real wow factor! In the original kitchen space, we divided it to make into two rooms housing a downstairs W/C and a utility room.

Small extension with a big impact completed on a rental property in Solihull to make the property more desirable for future tenants and bring it up to date. By taking the dividing wall out between the kitchen and the dining room and extending the rear, it has created a low maintenance kitchen/dining area with room for a sitting area and even managed to divide off a corner of the room in order to create a downstairs toilet off the hallway, much needed for family life! At this property we also altered the bathroom so people didn’t have to shower in front of the window again and made the bathroom much more user friendly. Also the very tired, neglected garden had a much needed facelift 👌🏼

Here are a few before and after pictures following on from the short video I recently posted. A 3m x 5m extension and removing the internal walls and chimney breast has given this house a new lease of life and the space that the family was craving. We also managed to squeeze in a downstairs toilet in a section of the original kitchen space by forming some stud walls which is a great asset to a family home. We extended the patio which will give the kitchen a great inside/outside feel, especially in the summer months ahead 😎. Patio and decorating will be completed over the next couple of weeks but still looks great without it being the finished article just yet 👌🏼😍

Here’s a nice little extension that we’ve recently completed in Solihull. The customers originally had a conservatory that they deemed unusable due to being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter and craved a usable space that they could use as a dining space, garden room and also as an office and we managed to give them exactly that. We also extended the patio, laid some beautiful porcelain slabs and re rendered the whole way across the rear of the house to give the garden a real facelift 😍 All ready for the summer 👌🏼

Again, swipe for the magic 💫🪄. Here on this property in Solihull, we extended partway across the rear of the house and knocked the dividing wall down between the original kitchen and the living room, blocked up the double doors between the downstairs rooms to create a snug at the front and a stunning open plan kitchen/dining area/play room for the customers brilliant little boy. We are just waiting on the final pictures of the kitchen finished with worktop and fully decorated for the full reveal but i think you’ll agree that it even looks fantastic without! Such a transformation👌🏼😍 Also at this property we renovated the bathroom too, we managed to rework the layout slightly to make it a much more usable space for the family to give them that little extra room 😁

I must try to keep you updated with all my up to date projects!
This job was completed at the back end of last year. Here we extended the rear corner of the house out by 2 meters and converted the garage in order to maximise the size of the kitchen, allow the property to gain a small utility room and also add an accessible bathroom. It has totally transformed the house and more importantly the quality of the customers lives! We also landscaped the patio with it being brought up to cill height and a ramp down onto the garden all to make it much more friendly and safe for wheelchair use.

Our latest project has transformed this house incredibly! Here we extended the rear of the property by 6 meters to be made into the new kitchen with the original kitchen being made into a downstairs toilet/shower room and a small utility room. The garden was taken back with a new retaining wall built to have a lovely little courtyard which will be slabbed at a later date. What a glow up! 👌🏼😍
