We’re expanding again and are looking to recruit a Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager.

Would you mind helping us?

The problem is that there is another company with a similar name to ours - Inspired, and we keep getting negative google reviews for them. We know it's Inspired because we get multiple calls and emails per day for Inspired and they are, virtually everytime, complaints about Inspired.

We have spoken to Inspired and they have changed their name to IPM but we are still getting their negative reviews.

If you are happy with our company - which we are sure you are, or you would have told us - would you be kind enough to leave us a google review.

We'd all really appreciate it if you could spare a few moments to help us! We are a small company and as you know, we take great pride in being different from 'the rest'.

Despite our best efforts to keep our office open during the current covid restrictions, it has proven necessary to have some essential maintenance work undertaken to the electrical circuits at the office. The issue with these survey's has been, cost, lack of qualified surveyors and more importantly who bears the cost. It is ok for lenders to insist on these surveys, but should the cost be met by service charges? Why should one resident with no intention of re-mortgaging or selling have to pay for a survey the neighbour needs to be able to sell their flat. Finally, has government done enough to answer the question?

Owners of flats in buildings without cladding will no longer need an EWS1 form to sell or re-mortgage their property.
