👋 Hey everyone! Excited to share that we’ve just launched a property sourcing side of the business!

I'm the founder of Arhouse Group, a London-based property investment company. Over the last 3 years, we've been actively operating multiple Rent-to-Rent properties as Serviced Accommodation and HMO across London ourselves. We've now got more deals coming in than we can take on, so we've decided to package and sell them to our fellow investors.

We have a large contact base of motivated landlords and will be packaging valuable deals for investors who want to grow their R2R portfolio without the legwork.

The first HMO!

Not the first lockbox I’ve had to break into! I’ve had a few lockboxes jam in my time and each time I had to pay £100+ for a locksmith to break into them. So after watching them just drill into it a couple times, the next time, I just did it myself - ft. my handy tool bag 💼

I don’t do as much maintenance as I used to but always enjoy getting the tools out once in a while!

Got the keys to another property today 🔑 🎉

Was not fun lifting those boxes up 4 flights of stairs but at least the storage is slightly less full!

Storage fun! A landlord recently sold two of the properties I manage in Highbury so I had to put the furniture into storage. There was so much stuff 🥵 luckily I had some help 💪🏾 Then got some help reorganising from 🫶🏾

One of the most common winter issues I see in Airbnbs is the boiler losing pressure.

It’s easy to overlook, but if it’s not caught early, it can lead to no heating or hot water and a poor guest experience. A quick pressure check and clear instructions can prevent unnecessary call-outs and complaints.

Winter hosting is all about prevention, not reacting once there’s a problem.

Taking on this Kingston property taught me valuable lessons in risk and outsourcing.

With low profit margins, I could’ve played it safe, but I chose to embrace the challenge. By outsourcing key tasks, I improved efficiency and made the most of the opportunity.
