📢 Scheme Operating Requirements Update: England & Wales

MHCLG and EASOB have announced updated Scheme Operating Requirements across all assessment strands (EPCs, DECs, and ACIRs) to strengthen trust and consistency in energy performance data.

Key dates to note:
🗓️ 1 Oct 2026: Standardised Minimum Evidence Requirements take effect.
🗓️ Nov 2026: Mandatory Assessor Declarations integrated into lodgement software.
