A little progress update from our Shephards hut.
Kitchen and bathroom now coming together nicely. Solid oak worktops fitted, Belfast sink in, and those sage green units paired with brass fittings really bring it to life.
Love how the custom bracket detail turned out on the breakfast bar too — adds a bit of character while keeping it practical.
Bathroom is nearly there as well, with a clean, modern finish and plenty of contrast with the black fittings.

Step by step, it’s all coming together ��
This week the oak beams went in, adding that timeless charm we love — warm, solid, and full of character. At the same time, the kitchen is starting to take shape, giving us a real sense of how the space will flow once it’s finished.

Flooring down ✅ & oak door fitted ✅

A big step forward on this hut – the flooring is now down, giving the space a warm, natural feel underfoot. We’ve gone for a durable, wood-effect finish that complements the crisp white panelling perfectly.

The oak bathroom door is also in – solid, timeless, and full of character. It’s all in the details, and this one adds a real touch of quality to the build.
