The average house price in Hull across all types of properties was £138,689 back in October 2022, compared with £90,209 in November 2012, a 54% increase ⬆️ across all types. This is Data from the Land Registry which is actual completion prices. But does that give you a clear picture as to what is happening now? Let’s say that a property was marketed at £120,000 in June, it takes 6 months to complete after a sale has been agreed, the December figure will show the completion figure, but the market may have dropped 10% in that time meaning that the data is not as accurate as to what it is now. Being up to date with market data as well as what is going on a day to day basis is important to ensure that properties are marketed at the right price. I’ll be releasing the different house type data too. What type of house do you live in?
