A recent renovation we did for an investment management company based in Liverpool. This was particularly challenging for us and the management team as the investor didn’t understand the process, therefore we were hit with lots of resistance, as well as a strict budget. We’d like to have done more however budget restrictions only let us achieve so much, never the less it turned out good overall, the investment team returned a healthy 10%+ ROI to the investor year on year. All’s well that ends well! It’s a long video but it’s worth a watch!

We often refresh bathrooms instead of completely ripping out, this is one we’ve done in the past, thought we’d share as inspiration of what can be achieved in compact bathrooms which are obscure shapes!

This customer had a prefabricated shower unit fitted in a fully tiled bathroom, they wanted a change but didn’t want all new tiles etc, we went in and fitted a new bath, toilet, sink and LVT floor, we know the shower isn’t in the usual position, but here at Ziel we accommodate customer requests where possible! We think it turned out clean and fresh looking!

A replacement Victorian style toilet we recently fitted for a client, the old toilet had multiple failures, leaks and all the chrome had started to fail, the customer decided it was time for a new toilet, all fitted and looking fresh!

Remember in this cold weather, we install boilers, moving them locations isn’t a problem too if you want to free up space in that spare bedroom, we don’t mind being supervised either as this little lady checked everything we did all day!
