What a week it has been so far!

The week has included welcoming interest from several new clients, facilitating a couple of investment property sales on behalf of a long-term client who is now looking forward to a well-earned retirement, and assessing a particularly challenging property that will require a full refurbishment once we’ve successfully dealt with an unwelcome flea infestation!

Alongside this, we’ve been conducting viewings on one of our current refurbishment projects, inspecting several potential investment opportunities for clients, and spending countless hours pricing refurbishment works and analysing figures.

One thing we always pride ourselves on is ensuring every investment stacks up based on factual, documented evidence—not assumptions or figures simply pulled from thin air. Accurate purchase costs, realistic refurbishment budgets, genuine rental comparables, and evidenced end values are essential when making informed investment decisions.

Property investment can be incredibly rewarding when approached correctly, but success is built on thorough due diligence, detailed planning, and a clear understanding of the numbers.

After spending a fantastic couple of days with our most recent visitors from London on their first North East Property Experience Tour, it is incredibly rewarding to receive such positive feedback.
