I’d say the question I’m asked most often is - How long does the selling process take?

Honestly it’s a hard one to answer… how long is a piece of string? 😂

There are so many moving parts, so unfortunately there isn’t one magic number. It takes an average of 52 days to find a buyer in the North East. The conveyancing process is 12-16 weeks. In other words - it takes a lot longer than anyone wants it to!

I’ll always give you an honest idea of what I’d expect for your particular property and situation. Feel free to drop me a message if you want to pick my brains 🙂

How on earth is it September already! A new month calls for a little property market snapshot

Lots of buyer demand, up 7% from last year. A great time to list if you’ve been on the fence about moving.
Mortgage rates have fluctuated slightly month on month - as always, speaking with a mortgage broker early is never a bad idea
