🔔🚨MY FIRST EVER DEAL - THE GOOD, THE BAD AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN 🚨🔔
If someone would have ever told me 2 years ago rent-to-rent was a smooth, easy process from day 1, I’d assume they were either lying or knew something I didnt. (It turned out to be the last 🤫)
Cause let me tell you—my first deal (or shall we say deals, cause yes i took 2 on the same day 😳🤭) were anything but smooth sailing. ⛵️
From agencies looking at me like I was speaking another language to last-minute surprises that literally made me wanna s**t myself - it’s been a journey!!!
At one point, I was pretty sure that “first deal” of mine was just a gonna be a very time consuming life lesson. ⏱️
🔥BUT—HERES THE GREAT NEWS GUYS🔥: it does get easier! You learn what to say, what to avoid, where to look, how to act/react and how to dodge the mistakes that might try to take you out the first time around.
And weirdly enough, it even starts to get fun. Who knew?!
The key to this: 🔑
