🏠 BEFORE & AFTER – EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION 🏠
Another exterior transformation completed by LEM Property Solutions!💪
This one was certainly a challenging job. The pebble dash had a considerable depth to it and, having not been painted for over 20 years, it required plenty of preparation, patience and the right products to achieve a finish we were happy with.
The pebble dash has been finished in White Sandtex Smooth Masonry Paint, with the rendered bottom section and feature areas finished in Sandtex Slate Grey, giving the building a completely fresh and modern appearance. 🎨
