BMW decided to park on the drive at the office this morning.

We could really do with some help to catch this delightful young lad. He let down our van tyre, scratched his initials 'OJ' into the bonnet, and then went on to rip off our neighbours car wing mirror and smach their windscreen. Someone must know who he is and where he lives.
Please help.
