There’s something about spotting a four-legged visitor on the Science Park that instantly brightens our day.🐾

And there might actually be some science behind it. Research suggests that interacting with animals can help reduce stress and encourage positive social interaction. So perhaps our furry visitors are contributing to Park life more than they realise.

Our weekly street food visits come to an end at the end of September, so make sure you’re making the most of them while you can.

Every Thursday, we welcome a different street food vendor to the Science Park, giving you the perfect excuse to step away from your desk, grab something delicious and enjoy lunch outside with the Park community.

So, if you’ve been meaning to give Street Food Thursday a try, now’s the time.

Just 4 weeks to go until our Macmillan Coffee Morning!🍰

On Thursday 24 September, we'll be coming together to enjoy coffee, cake and great company, all while raising money for the incredible work of Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

We'd love businesses across the Science Park to get involved by baking or buying a cake to donate. If you'd like to contribute, simply comment below and we'll get in touch with all the details.

This might be one of our favourite sights across the Park.

As soon as the sun comes out, our picnic areas start filling up with people from across our community, grabbing lunch, catching up with colleagues and making the most of some time away from their desks.

We’re lucky to have plenty of green space at The Science Park, but seeing our community come together and actually enjoy it is what makes it special.

We’ve been shortlisted for The Green Collaboration Award at this year’s Green Awards UK , together with the brilliant teams at Absolar Solutions Limited and Technology Within. 🌿

It’s fantastic to have our work together recognised. Sustainability is a big priority for us at the Science Park, and working with Absolar and Technology Within has helped us turn that ambition into real action.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in the partnership. We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved together and excited to see what comes next.
