A couple of dartboards installed over the last week or so 🎯

One for a local pub, set out to league-standard measurements, and another installed at a home in West End. Putting a dartboard up might look simple, but getting the height and throw distance right is important if you want a setup you can take seriously.

Good to see this one coming together 👌

These kitchen units were built and prepped by us at ECP Property Services, ready for the kitchen fitter to install.

We finished the build stage a day early, which meant the fitter and electrician were able to get started sooner and keep the project moving without delays.

I didn’t manage to grab photos when we finished (long day 😴), but the fitter sent us one over, it’s great to see them now being installed and taking shape.

Proper prep behind the scenes makes a big difference to how smoothly the fitting stage runs 👍

Booked up through to Monday 👍

Yesterday was spent stripping out the old kitchen units, and over the next few days we’ll be building the new units — 8 cupboards and 3 drawer units — ready for the kitchen fitter to come in and complete the installation next week 🪛🔩

Early start this morning ☀️

This customer was unfortunately let down at short notice by a local gardener, but found my page last night and asked if I could help at short notice. The brief was to clear and make the left side of the garden level-ish by midday, ready for builders to set up mixers and equipment for a patio installation.

With less than 12 hours’ notice, the area was cleared, levelled and ready with time to spare 💪

Just heading to the tip now to dispose of the green waste, and we’ll be back next week after the patio is complete to tidy up and sort the planting bed 🌿

This evening we cracked on with a pre-tenancy refresh at a rental property on Townhill Way 🏠, starting with full carpet uplift and disposal to get everything lined up for the carpet fitters arriving tomorrow.

There’s just a quick final tidy left before home time — removing the last few staples and a thorough hoover — so the rooms are clean and ready for the new carpets 👌

We also knocked out a few important touch-ups, including door handle repairs, filling and paint touch-ups, installation of new fire and carbon monoxide alarms downstairs 🔥, and setting up a brand-new Wi-Fi box 📶 ahead of tenants moving in next Monday.
