We make sure you’ve got all the essentials and lots of little luxuries; all studios and rooms in shared flats include a ¾ sized bed or a double bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst our town houses have shared bathrooms between just 2 people. All of our rooms have little touches that make all the difference like plug sockets close to the mirrors for those hair straighteners, and plenty of out-of-sight storage for your things. Cluster flats come with a shared kitchen area, while studios have the kitchen built in. Every kitchen has a fridge-freezer, an oven, hob, lots of cupboard space, a combi-microwave, and breakfast bar. We ensure everyone has somewhere to sit either at a breakfast bar or a dining table for those sociable meals together and also on the comfortable sofas so you can all enjoy a movie. All kitchens come with a TV included – even in the studio kitchens. The residence has onsite laundry facilities, a cosy common room and secure bike storage. Of course we want to keep you, and all your things safe. So all residents must use an electronic key to get into the building, and we have 24-hour CCTV. If you have any problems, our award winning, friendly team is here to help – whether it’s 3 in the afternoon or 3 in the morning. We like to make things easier for you.
