On Thursday 9 July 2026, the Essex business community will come together at The Boundary, Garon Park, for an evening in support of Samaritans Southend-on-Sea — a cause that provides vital, life-saving support within our local community.

Over the past two years, Essex Big Bash has raised over £30,000 for charity. In 2026, the ambition is even greater.

The evening will include:

Crowstone Estates is a family run business established in 1993 dealing with all aspects of property. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property and Accounts Administrator to become part of this well-established office in Westcliff on Sea.
We are looking for a reliable team member who can work closely with the team to ensure smooth running of all administrative and accounts aspects of the business.

The Role:

Be responsible for client accounts, allocating rental payments and raising payments to landlords.

Processing invoices and paying contractors.
Maintaining Property, Tenancy and Landlord data including Electrical Safety and Gas Safe records

Client communication, answering telephones, emails and enquiries

Provide support to the team

General administration

Dealing with enquiries and prioritising what is important for the team

Ad hoc duties

Personal specification:

Property experience is essential

Good communication skills

Confident telephone manner

Ability to deal with customer queries

Good time management and prioritisation skills

Driven to succeed in a long term role

PROPERTY MANAGER
EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
* Monday to Friday 8:50am - 5.30pm, plus occasional Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in lieu when worked)
* £18,000 to £22,000 per annum basic salary, plus discretionary bonus
* Full UK driving licence is essential

The Role
* Dealing with quotations and pro-actively ensuring repairs are completed properly
* Arranging for contractors to visit the properties
* Check, authorise and post invoices
* Act as liaison between Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
* Dealing with queries from landlords and tenants

If you are looking for an excellent working environment, training and progression you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication with all and have the ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.

We are looking for a proactive and positive individual, who has strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and a high attention to detail.

You must have previous experience of Property Management.
