One year of Hendricks. 💙
Back in May 2025, Hendricks began as an idea on a sun lounger on the other side of the world.
While away, I decided it was time to stop using my energy to build other people’s businesses and finally build something of my own. Having worked alongside two local market leaders, I’ll always be grateful for the knowledge and experience gained along the way.
Hendricks was built in evenings, early mornings and every spare hour around work.
Brad decided he wanted to join the journey, alongside Ashley, and the three of us started from a tiny room in a shared Southend office.
A few months later, Brad and I decided to build the bigger picture together. Combining two minds, one vision and an enormous amount of ambition became one of the best decisions we made.
Today, we have a state-of-the-art office on London Road in Leigh-on-Sea, a growing lettings portfolio and a team of eight people who genuinely believe in what Hendricks is becoming.
Presley and Danielle are driving our valuations and innovative marketing, while Tara, Grace and Charlie work relentlessly to deliver results for our sellers. Leyla continues to grow alongside our lettings department, helping us support landlords through an ever-changing market.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Ashley for helping us during those early days and wish him every success in his next chapter.
Our biggest property video has now reached 125,000 people, helping prove just how powerful modern property marketing can be.
Most importantly, thank you to every client, family member, friend, partner and person who has supported, recommended or shared Hendricks.
One year ago, it was an idea on a sun lounger. Today, it’s a team, an office and a brand we’re incredibly proud of.
