Thank you all for liking the page so far. This is the first of a weekly information post about some of the construction techniques we will be using on site. Once the main building phase starts we intend to keep you all regulalry updated with our eco housing project, so please like and share the posts to spread the word.

The intended main construction of our houses will be timber framed reducing our CO2 output during the construction phase. The insulation to the walls is a hybrid SIP's system called Val-U-Therm. This product is evironmentally friendly and sustainable Hybrid Structural Insulated Panels with insulation manufactured from recycled vegetable oil.

BREAKING NEWS: We are pleased to announce that we achieved planning permission for a development of six new build Eco Houses around an existing locally listed property in flood zone 2.
