Been a while since I posted guys. Last year was a very busy one with three extensions on the go. One we started on 3rd Jan and had a few problems with it. (Not our doing) one thing for sure it tested my strengths and patience

This proves a good Architect and structural engineer is very important. As in the long run they can cost you the client money.

This year we have another three extensions, a house refurbishment with two Kitchens and bathrooms involved and all new windows.

And a building we are turning into 4 flats with an out building as well.
Its only Jan. Looks like another busy year for JLS and the team.

I will post some pictures of last years jobs so you get an idea of the range of works we do.

Busy building company looking for an experienced estimator. Dealing with customers quotes for all building work. Job will include measuring, quoting and liaising with customers. A good knowledge of all materials and knowledge of all types of trades a must.
A very good understanding of costs involved in all types of building work. Experienced in estimating software would be a bonus Microsoft office and any other software that is used within the trade.

Wages are negotiable for the correct applicant.
