Perfect way to end the weekend with my son on the trails at sunset. Such a warm peaceful evening in the hills with zero wind or noise apart from some crickets reminding you are in the Mediterranean.

One of my favourite places to cycle to, and especially on the weekends.

Everyone is out running, cycling, walking, strength training on the bars, doing yoga or Pilates on the beach or just simply relaxing with a coffee. Everyone is smiling and starting the day working on themselves rather than sitting there doom scrolling with a hangover watching everyone else do what they wish they were doing

Obesity or depression is virtually non existent here and a big reason why Mediterranean’s live 15+ years longer than people in the uk.

Good weather, food, exercise, family environment, cheaper living and safety all lead to a longer lifespan which led us to hear also.

4 bags of ballast and 20 bags of cement delivered in 1 hour from being at the merchants and at 2/3 of the price of the uk, and €54 of that was for the delivery and the pallet. Just like the football, the Spanish get the job done 😎

Another build done ✅✅✅

It’s turned out really well. Lots of work went into the roof on this one

Sold within 24 hours which is great considering the market. The buyers were actually viewing a bungalow opposite and the agent said that ours was going up for sale, so they bought ours instead because they can move straight in without having to do any work. People want convenience and they’ll pay for it

It’s been great to work with my sons as always and they are now that highly skilled that I’m no longer needed. Something I’m very proud of and for those that have met them you’ll know how good they are. My wife Sam does loads behind the scenes also to help, and you can’t beat coming home to your dinner on the table after a hard days graft

I’ll put some pics up once the flooring is done

Now time to head back home to Spain and enjoy some cycling and fishing before our retreat in September which I’m really looking forward to (definitely one of my favourite weeks of the year helping others change their lives for the better 🚀)

I’m also working on plans for the next decade of my own life which is exciting as I don’t need to work and I have an abundance of time, so I basically have a blank canvas to start from. Any ideas or suggestions on what I should do? 😎
