We are proud to announce that our completed project at Spalding Golf Club has been voted as the Best Public or Community Building for the East Midlands region of the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2026.

In a highly competitive category, the project was chosen not just because of the recognised quality levels but also for its close collaboration between client and contractor, careful works planning to ensure the club always remained operational and the benefits it provides, not just to the members, but to the wider community.

The scheme will now go to the National Finals at London in January 2027, where it will be judged against the remainder of regional champions for National accolade.

Boston College Refurbishment Update

Over the past month, we've made excellent progress on the refurbishment works at Boston College. The project includes the renovation of the ground floor ELT area, comprising six offices and a kitchen, along with a full refurbishment of the third-floor Hair & Beauty Suite.

We're now moving into the next phase, with decorating and grid ceiling installations commencing this week.

A great effort from everyone involved, with an average of 20 workers on site each day helping to keep the project on track.

🏗️ July has been a busy month for our team! From nearing completion on the restoration of a fire-damaged agricultural barn for Cambridge City Council, to celebrating the historic Wisbech Town CC vs MCC 100 year Centenary Match with the new pavilion as the perfect backdrop, it's been a month to remember.

🏡 Our Long Sutton team also successfully delivered 10 Housing Association completions.

👏 A huge well done to everyone involved in our projects and thank you for the continued support we receive.

NEW FRAMEWORK ALERT

We are delighted to announce that we have secured our place onto 2 additional frameworks for new clients, Procurement Assist.

Our General Contracting division of the business is now best placed to deliver works under the Kitchen Supply & Install and Repairs & Maintenance DPS bands of the Capital Investment Framework, which runs till May 2029.
