We’ve been a bit quiet on socials of late but that doesn’t mean the works stopped.

Thanks to the team at .panda for taking on this project for us and providing a great finish.

The 3 bed house was snapped up the day it went live and we have just started to market the shop which we hope to be taken soon.

Scaffold is down at our Barn renovation.

New roof on, replacing the former asbestos one. Guttering on. New wall build to replace the old fence.

The bricklayers have done a fantastic job at the repair woks so far.

We are just waiting for some of the windows to arrive and to free some of the guys up on our larger development, before getting started on the foundations for the extensions to the rear.

Planning Granted!

We are pleased to have received planning permission to convert this former bakery into a 2 Bed residential unit.

This building has been left derelict for many years and was included as part of the purchase of number 5 high street, our shop and residential duplex.

Looking at additional ways you can add value is key when working out the initial viability of a deal in order to see what value it is to you when working your numbers.

Looking forward to getting this one started.

Shoutout to our architects for the design and submission on this one.

Gables rebuilt, roof is on and the garden wall is built.

Scaffold starts to come down today. Excited to see the rest of the building as most of the repair works to the externals have also been completed 🏡
