We're proud to have played a part in delivering this fantastic new community facility for Project St Thomas, helping to create a space that will provide vital money advice and support to residents facing financial pressures.

Projects like this demonstrate the positive impact that can be achieved when local businesses and trades come together to support their communities.

A huge thank you goes to everyone involved in making this happen, including Turnbull & Co Ltd for supplying materials, Kestrel Carpentry, 43 Electrical, SMH Plastering and Boors Decorators for their contributions throughout the project.

It has been a pleasure to support such a worthwhile initiative, and we wish the team at Project St Thomas every success as they begin providing this important service to the local community.

Every year, Seagate Homes offers a fantastic opportunity for a local school student to complete a week of work experience with us.

This year, we made sure to fit our monthly darts competition into that week so our work experience student could join in — and we’re so glad we did!

Although we didn’t quite manage to finish the competition during the week, our work experience student, Lacie, had already made it through to the final. We invited her back to play it out… and what can we say — the Seagate team didn’t stand a chance!

Lacie took the trophy and was crowned this month’s darts champion 🏆

Huge congratulations to her — a brilliant way to wrap up her time with us at Seagate Homes!

Today the office went green to show our support for mental health awareness 💚

In an industry where long hours, pressure and stress can often be seen as “part of the job”, it’s important to take a step back and recognise that mental health matters just as much as physical health.

At Seagate Homes, we believe creating a positive working environment means more than just delivering projects, it means looking after the people behind them too. Whether on site or in the office, encouraging open conversations, checking in on one another and supporting our teams is something we should all make time for.

Wearing green today may seem like a small gesture, but if it helps spark conversations, encourages someone to speak up, or simply reminds people that support is available, then it’s worthwhile.

We’re delighted to have guided and supported Arkwood in successfully steering this scheme through the planning process and securing permission on their behalf.

The development delivers a diverse and thoughtfully designed mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes alongside bungalows, creating a balanced and inclusive community. It also features two well-planned areas of play, generous open space, a range of SUDS features, and a strong focus on high-quality urban design throughout.

We’re delighted to announce the start of construction on our latest residential development in Stilton, Cambridgeshire, delivering 70 high-quality new homes for the local community.

This mixed-tenure scheme will provide a range of 1-4 bedroom homes, including both houses and flats, available through social rent and shared ownership. The development is designed to support local housing needs and create a sustainable, inclusive community.

We’re proud to be partnering with Cross Keys Homes, with Drees & Sommer acting as Employer’s Agent, and funding support from Homes England, and in partnership with Huntingdonshire District Council. This project is a great example of what can be achieved through strong collaboration and shared vision.

Construction is now underway, with civil works progressing on site, an exciting milestone as we move forward in bringing these much needed homes to life.

We look forward to continuing to work closely with all partners to deliver a successful scheme that will have a lasting positive impact for residents and the wider community.

We are delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded this contract in Walsoken, Fenland. This marks another exciting milestone with our long-standing and valued housing partner, ACCENT Housing.

The development will deliver 100 much-needed affordable homes, offering a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties available for shared ownership and rent. It’s a fantastic opportunity to support local communities with high-quality, accessible housing.

Four beautifully situated plots in the heart of Orton Longueville, this has been a fantastic site from start to finish. It’s always rewarding to see a project come together so successfully, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.
