May was the month everyone learnt something about asking prices. Both portals came to the same conclusion about the same matter. Unrealistic pricing is a market-wide problem and sellers need to adjust for the best chance of sales success.

Not a bad day on the golf course! ⛳

Eddy, one of our Senior Valuers and Directors, was kindly invited to this brilliant golf (with a bit of networking in between) event by Simon Black of Taylor Rose Law. Their team of four managed to finish in third place out of 18 teams! 🙏🏻

As if that wasn’t enough, they also won TaylorMade golf balls AND team mate Will took home the ‘Closest to the Pin’ prize, which was a new golfing hat! 🏌️

Eddy said it was a superb event and a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces and make new connections 👏🏻

A big thank you to Simon for the invite and Taylor Rose for putting together such a well-organised day. Looking forward to the next one already 👏🏻👏🏻

One of the biggest misconceptions in property is that estate agents control the entire moving process 🏡

The reality is, there are lots of things we simply can’t control…legal delays, mortgage timelines, survey issues, chains collapsing or buyers and sellers changing their minds 😬😩

But that doesn’t mean a good estate agent doesn’t make a HUGE difference!
