Peter Colby Commercials is looking for a Groundworker to join the team.

📍 Working across Norfolk & Suffolk
• Monday–Friday | 07:30–16:00 (40 hours)
• Salary: £32,200
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Overtime available

The role includes:
• Site prep, excavation, drainage, and concreting
• Kerbing, paving, and installing utilities
• Working from drawings and specifications
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
• Following risk assessments and site procedures
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental requirements

You’ll need:
• Groundwork experience
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

What we expect:
• Safe working with no incidents
• Work completed to the right standard

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join the team at Peter Colby Commercials.

This is a hands-on, varied role covering a wide range of repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and decorating work across both tenanted and void properties. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our buildings are well maintained, safe for occupation, and ready for new and existing tenants.

If you enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, and working across a range of trades - we’d like to hear from you.

About you:
• Strong multi-trade skills (joinery, basic plumbing, decorating, general repairs)
• Experience working in occupied and void properties
• Ability to assess, diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Reliable, practical and able to prioritise workload
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, respectful approach when working in tenants’ properties
• Full UK driving licence

Hours of work:
Mon-Fri, 7.30am-4pm

Salary:
£27-32K
