James called us to remove his asbestos garage, our team at LSJ completed the removal this morning and disposed off the whole garage, including the non asbestos materials.

An exciting project has kept us busy for the last 3 days, believe it or not this old barn will soon be transformed into 2 luxury houses by a local property developer, but before any building work can commence, the corrugated asbestos cement needed to be removed.

Greg had plans to renovate his new property until his builder identified some potential Asbestos. He called LSJ and we sent a surveyor to sample the material, we had the results back the next day and removed the Asbestos cement ceiling the same week.

Thermoplastic asbestos reinforced floor tiles removed in Spalding today, the client had a bit of a leak in the hallway that lifted the floor tiles and made them unsafe. he called LSJ, we visited the property, sampled the tiles to test for asbestos, got the results back and removed them, all in the same week.

Full Asbestos Garage removed today for an NHS worker taking advantage of the 10% NHS discount, the site team did well in the 30 degree heat wearing full PPE, plenty of breaks and plenty of water and they got through it in the end. Well done guys 👍

Emma called us with an asbestos water tank in the loft, Emma was selling the house and the buyer required the water tank to be removed prior to completing the sale. Our team managed to find a space in the diary asap to avoid the house sale being delayed. another happy customer 🙂
