A good start made on this full property renovation up in Scotland for a client we regularly carry out work for.

So far we’ve:

• Removed all trees and bushes
• Taken down the garden walls
• Demolished the old garage
• Removed the front porch and steps
• Scraped off and marked out the site
• Prepared for the drainage alterations and new footings for a double garage

And that’s only the beginning. We’ve still got internal walls to remove, new fencing to install, a driveway to form around the new garage and the full garden to landscape.

This will be an ongoing project for us over the next few months while we continue juggling our other work back home. Plenty more progress pictures to come 👷🏻‍♂️

Completed this recent landscaping project using Eaton X Range Paving creating a clean modern finish to compliment the property and surrounding countryside views ✔️

Works completed included:

* Full site clearance and preparation
* Opening up and reshaping the entrance area
* New Eaton X Range pathways
* Decorative gravel borders
* New concrete base installed ready for a timber garage

Really happy with how this one turned out. Opening the front up has completely changed the feel of the garden and created a much cleaner and more welcoming entrance to the property.

Full buried LPG tank installation carried out for a rural property with no access to mains gas.

Works included excavation, tank installation, pea gravel surround, service installation and full reinstatement back to original finish.

Clean, tidy job from start to finish with minimal disruption to the property.

From strip out through to foundations and slab prep completed – Birmingham (10 townhouse development)

We were brought in to carry out full site preparation on a former industrial plot, now being developed into 10 townhouses.

During excavation we uncovered old kilns and existing brick structures which were broken out and removed to allow for new works.

Works included:
• Site strip out and excavation
• Breaking out and removing existing structures and obstructions
• Mass concrete infill where required
• Foundations dug and poured
• Blockwork up to DPC
• Slab preparation ready for build

All works completed under restricted access using mini digger and dumper only.

The site is now handed over clean and ready for the next stage of construction. 👊

Further works to follow including drainage and final groundworks once the superstructure is complete.

Full lake transformation completed ✔️

One of our previous projects, involving lowering the water level, removing old sleepers, and installing a new continuous railway sleeper retaining line around the full perimeter.

Finished with a full lake dye, helping to reduce algae and w**d growth while giving a clean, high-end finish.

A complete upgrade both structurally and visually — built to last.
