We are looking for serious landlords who trust us and want to have peace of mind on managing their properties/portfolios.
I asked to view a property advertised on OpenRent and hoped to speak directly with the landlord. It was advertised as a 2 room flat, good location, reasonable price, decent pictures (except the "small room" that looked to me "very small"). Other people were waiting to view the property and I spoke with one of them (a young guy looking for a flat). He was suspicious as well on regards the small room but he said to me: it's ok for me because I have some dogs and I'll put my dogs in there...My thoughts after viewing:
1. A letting agent came to present the house and not the landlord (even it was OpenRent advertising)
2. The small room was a max 4.5 m2 room with the boiler inside. I explained to the letting agent that this can't be considered a room so it's not a 2 room flat which he answered: it has always been used as a room...!!!
3. The flat was really in poor conditions to be considered an option for SA
4. The next day I received an email from OpenRent telling me that the property was not available anymore ... I bet it was given to the young guy with the dogs...
