❌Largest drop of mortgage products in the UK in the last 24 hours! ❌

We heard from our mortgage broker yesterday that at least 11 lenders pulled their products from the market!

This news above coupled with properties taking longer to sell make a perfect recipe for a downward spiral in the near future property prices. Naturally, with less mortgage product availability, buyers or landlords refinancing on properties will have less products to choose from, and this may put a limit on demand for buying properties.

If this will be the case, then get your cash ready. Despite what other investors are saying about scaremongering, a drop in the market is coming. It simply is a question of time... 📉⏱

We have been speaking to estate agents as part of our attempt to find the off-market 'needle in a haystack type properties'. We have been noting the trends of our recent discussions and we conclude the following:

-Lack of supply of properties that need refurbishment works 🛠
-Taking longer to sell properties ⏱
