Steaming through at this rate!🤯

Bad weather? Not an issue for our build team! 💪🏼

Our personal goal is to have this wrapped up as close to before the new year as possible. What do you reckon - Jason Kearney? 😁

We work with investors all over the UK on joint venture property investments where we offer to manage the entire process or just parts of the process.

P.S. The property in progress is a 3 bed, 2 lounge mid-terrace property that was purchased for £25,000 in Anfield. Once finished, it will be a fully unique serviced accommodation with an abundance of character.

Made it to the first floor with the blocks, almost at roof level as we speak.

Love to see the progress the team are making with this build. We had our ups and downs with the preparations of getting it ready, but we have momentum on our side and it's coming along nicely! 😄

❌House prices fall for second time in last 3 months! ❌

Granted, the percentage fall in house prices in the last 3 months was low, but, this is just the start!

Average two-year fixed rate mortgages approach 6% rates following the return of many mortgage lenders to the market. After 40% of the products were removed from the market, a number of lenders returned to the market with hiked rates.

With the relaxation of stamp duty liabilities, they are further incentivising for home buyers to stretch themself, but, with further proposed inflation, this will squeeze the homeowners and may cause repossessions.

The prices will drop further as interest rates continue to rise. As I have said, save your cash if you can and invest when the dip comes.
