SITE UPDATE: Normanton on Soar
Plot 3 brickwork motoring now - ready for scaffolding second lift next week.
Plot 1 roof tiles going on- complete next week and windows being installed.
Plot 2 hand cut roof started- another week and it’ll be ready for tiles.
Plot 5 windows in next week, garden walls started and progressing well using bricks reclaimed from the old farm buildings that once sat on the site.

**New Site Acquired**

We have completed the purchase of our next residential development in the heart of West Bridgford in partnership with Gatter Capital.

The properties comprise 4 three storey period style properties which had been converted to office use and with a substantial rear car park.

Our intention is to convert these traditional buildings, dating from the late 19th Century, back into their original residential use, and refurbishing them to modern day standards.
