Amy Harrison is the Owner and Founder at Stage It; she began her entrepreneurial journey after becoming a single Mum with 2 young children in 2012. Amy decided that she wanted a healthy work/life balance that meant she could spend more time with her children, instead of continuing in the rat race as a corporate events organiser. Her strong desire to work on her own terms and be present to "raise her children" was the drive she needed to get on the path of entrepreneurship. Showing her children that "family is more important than making it in the corporate world", while teaching them that "they can achieve anything they set minds to" was of paramount importance to her! Amy worked from home for many years after starting her business/marketing consultancy and then began delivering training to business people across the UK in 2019. This came to an abrupt halt in 2020 when lockdown hit and Amy had the revelation that aside from the 4 days a month travelling and delivering training; lockdown wasn't actually that different to her work from home life and something needed to change! Amy is an outgoing, sociable, people person and getting out of the work from home rut and around likeminded people was a driving factor in re-evalutaing her working life. Amy has always had a love for property and interiors, so she decided to create a business where she could share her passion; property staging and styling was the natural solution and Stage It was born! With over 14 years of staging/styling experience prior to starting her business, including two home renovations and a 200 seater(!!!!) auditorium renovation, numerous property restyles and having given countless words of advice and styling tips when approached by family and friends; you can trust that Amy has the knowledge and expertise required to help Stage It for you.
