T & L Inventory Services We provide Inventories, EPC, Floor Plan, Matterport 360 VT for Agents, Council, Landlords & Tenants. T & L Inventory Services was founded by Tola in 2007.

Following a property purchase, it was clear to Tola that there was a gap in the rental sector for a reliable fully comprehensive and professional Inventory service provider. Whilst there was no shortage of companies, they were unreliable and the majority of reports were insufficient.
