READ This STORY! 🚨 A €20,000 Mistake That Could Have Been Avoided

Recently, a buyer contacted us to arrange a pre-purchase property inspection in Spain.

The property looked great at first glance.

But during our initial discussion, several concerns appeared:

❗ The house had been empty for 4 years.
❗ There were brown stains on the walls.
❗ Cracks had appeared in one of the bedrooms.
❗ The buyer was worried about the roof terrace, plumbing, water heater, and air conditioning.

We started preparing a detailed technical inspection.

Then came the surprise.

The buyer had already signed the Arras Contract and paid a 10% deposit.

At that point, the opportunity to negotiate from a position of strength was gone.

The seller had no reason to reduce the price.
The seller had no reason to change the terms.
The buyer's leverage had already disappeared.

As a result, the inspection was cancelled.
