To focus on Mental Health Awareness Week and this years theme of ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, we have been exploring many ways and tools in which we can use to help improve our mental health and wellbeing. As touched on in our most recent podcast with Farmstrong we looked at the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how we can incorporate these into our day to day lives.
๐๐ผ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐- Talk, Listen, be There, be connected. This week we held a coffee and catch up within our office encouraging people to talk and be there for one another.
๐ง๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ- Take a moment and remember the simple things that give you joy. We encourage everyone to sometimes just stop, take notice of your surroundings and breathe, whether this be your favorite spot or somewhere which brings you peace.
๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ- Your time, your words, your presence. A number of our team give back to others by helping coach at local hockey and football clubs weekly.
๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด- Embrace new experiences, see opportunities, surprise yourself. As a firm we understand the importance of continued learning and reflect this through regular learning days.
๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ- Do what you can, enjoy what you do, move your mood. We strongly encourage our colleagues to be active weather this be a lunchtime walk or a sport.
