Our Site Manager had an unusual meeting with an owner last week, discussing setting up a bee yard at his property. What a great way to help the local environment and continue an activity which has been practised for over 8,000 years.

EM Site Manager - the job of Site Manager is a varied one - no two weeks are the same, let alone two days.

We have recently taken over a great site, where we are looking after the homeowners' communal areas. These include a playground and equipment accessible to everyone. With restrictions lifting, allowing more of us to see each other outdoors (and the good weatherβ˜€), we are so excited to be involved in the upkeep of these areas, ensuring they are a great place to be. πŸ˜„

It’s easy to forget the wildlife out there that brave the cold nights while we are able to get warm! Our Site Manager spotted these swans while on site and it gave us working from home a fun thought:

Swans gliding on water with their feet not visible working hard below, is just like our contractors, working hard behind-the-scenes to ensure standards are always maintained. πŸ˜„
