Would you know if £20k of roofing work had actually been carried out? Would you know if it was done well?

Our invasive inspection found the roof was fine for its age, but identified several major inconsistencies between what the homeowners understood had been completed and the visible evidence available during our inspection.

At Assure Roof Surveys, we don’t carry out repairs and we don’t sell roofing work. Our job is to independently inspect, photograph and report what we find.

If you’ve had substantial roofing work completed and want independent reassurance, get in touch.

There truly is no greater feeling than helping our clients call out rouge traders and saving them from paying tens of thousands of pounds demanded for work not done.

Throwback to our first survey of 2026 🏠🔍

Our lovely clients had purchased a home with a “recently refurbished roof.”

On the surface, it looked the part — the moss had been cleaned away and the roof freshly painted. But underneath, it was still the same ageing roof, with water ingress and timber rot.

A roof that looks good from the ground isn’t necessarily a roof in good condition.

Buying a home? Come to us first.
An independent roof survey can help you understand what you’re actually buying — before hidden problems become expensive surprises.
