Yesterday was a very special day for Homestead in Chapel Milton and Hadfield Drive in Chinley Village, as both properties officially completed ! 🥂🔑

Two beautiful homes, two sets of absolutely amazing vendors and buyers, and one VERY relieved Estate Agent! 😅💛

It's certainly been a journey getting these two sales over the finishing line as we were in a chain of SIX with a few challenges along the line involving other agents which was completely out of our control, but we got there in the end !

And then, just when I thought I could finally relax, I read this adorable message from one of my lovely clients, which genuinely set me off 😭
