Are you a skilled handyman seeking a rewarding role in a residential environment? Look no further! We're hiring for a Maintenance position at our residential building in Cheadle Hulme.
🕒 **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (25 hours per week)
💼 **Responsibilities**:
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering, and fixing small furniture and white goods.
- Ensure the residential building remains in top-notch condition.
- Promptly respond to maintenance requests from residents.
- Bring your own basic maintenance tools to the job.
💰 **Compensation**: £14 per hour
📅 **Payment Terms**: Monthly invoicing
🔧 **Requirements**:
- Prior experience in maintenance work, ideally in residential settings.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have your own essential maintenance tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
