Your offer should reflect what is the property is worth to YOU:
1) Define what you want from the property (location, size, amenity, ROI etc). What % of your criteria does the property meet?
2) Have a realistic budget that includes ALL costs (purchase, renovation, professional fees, etc)
3) Does your offer (£) allow you to get everything from (1) in your budget (2)?

The Bow Garrett was an unloved derelict pub that was a magnet for vandals, arsonists and drug addicts.
I started with a vision to turn it into a community asset and give it a new lease of life. I put together a wonderful team to realise my plans, from negotiating the purchase of the building and land, through to the completed development of 8 beautiful apartments which are now fully occupied.
