Clients ask me "What should I offer for this property?".
Your offer should reflect what is the property is worth to YOU:
1) Define what you want from the property (location, size, amenity, ROI etc). What % of your criteria does the property meet?
2) Have a realistic budget that includes ALL costs (purchase, renovation, professional fees, etc)
3) Does your offer (£) allow you to get everything from (1) in your budget (2)?
